Who We Are:

Here at the Daily Painters Gallery, our goal is to bring together a small group of talented, dedicated artists, and use our group energy and marketing power to attract customers and sell our artwork. We believe that a small group working together with a focused plan can have tremendous sales potential.

Traffic Statistics:

For the coming year, we're expecting Over 1.5 Million Visits, by over 1,000,000 unique visitors! Our home page averages about 1,000 visits/day, and sitewide we average over 4,000 visits/day!

How To Join:

We are currently accepting a only a very limited number of new members for the Daily Painters Gallery. If you would like to apply for membership, please read the details below. We'll review the submissions once each quarter.

We're looking for 'daily painting' artists who share our dedication and agree with our vision. To join, you must have a blog where you post daily paintings for sale, and your blog needs to show that you've been at it for at least four months. And, we'd like to see prices starting at or near $100 for your small daily paintings.

If you don't have a blog yet, check out Blogger.com - it's free and easy to use. If you don't yet meet the basic requirement of posting new work on your blog daily (or nearly so) consistently for the last four months, please don't submit your site yet. Take some time to build up your blog, then come back and submit.

To build up an effective marketing budget, we have a monthly membership fee of $29. This fee goes toward a promotion budget for the site, to make some careful advertising buys online and offline. We'll decide as a group how to best spend this money, and we'll track our results closely. A portion of this fee is also used to cover the site costs and management salary.

All new artists will be juried by a group of their peers before becoming members of the site. So, the next step in the application process is a brief jury period. I'll submit your blog to the group for review, and we'll vote.

If you're a daily painting artist, you agree with our vision, and you'd like to become a member, please submit your information below. We'll review your site and let you know when we've started the jury process.

Membership Requirements:

1. You need to have a blog, with an rss feed
2. You should be posting new paintings to your blog daily, or nearly so - at least several times per week,
3. You should have been doing daily paintings for at least four months - if you're just starting your blog, stick with it for a couple months and then submit your blog for review
4. Your blog should clearly state prices sizes, media, and contact information with each post - even if you're not a member of dailypainters.com, it's still a good habit
5. Images on your blog should be high quality - good clean photos or scans, large enough to see good detail, no glare, centered, etc.
