About Ron Morrison:
I started painting with watercolors in 1976. I had some pictures of a truck I had found in the interior of B.C. I wanted to bring it home and restore it. It was winter time and I wasn't working much so I took a crack at painting a picture of the old truck (37Chev). I had my watercolors from high school so I used them. I've been painting with watercolors ever since. I like to put together the big paintings using different cars from different locations. The scenes are entirely fabricated. They do not exist. The fun for me is creating the composition.
